Natural gas networks

PLCO Pipelines Construction SA provides on-call, 24/7 maintenance services for Switzerland’s entire high-pressure gas network. PLCO Pipelines Construction SA’s best clients include all of the country’s high-pressure natural gas transport and distribution companies, the majority of local medium- and low-pressure natural gas distributors, and most Industrial Services (SI) in major Swiss cities.

PLCO Pipeline Construction SA has built over 100 kilometres of high-pressure natural gas pipelines and gas power stations under the authority of the Federal Pipelines Inspectorate (IFP). On a fixed-rate contract basis, PLCO Pipelines Construction SA has also built dozens of kilometres of turnkey medium-pressure natural gas pipelines and power stations, obtaining construction’s legal authorizations and providing all project engineering, civil and fitting work.

PLCO Pipelines Construction SA is a member of the Swiss Gas and Water Industry Association (SSIGE) and is actively involved in developing standards and training in this area of activity.
